Choose the office by the record sought:
- BSRDC for its booking sheet, movement log, release time or type, and booking photograph.
- The sheriff for an arrest or incident record created by that office.
- The Circuit Court Clerk for a docket, judgment, bond order, probation order, or dismissal.
- KDOC for state prison movement, sentence, discharge, supervision, and DOC photo records.
- BOP, ICE, or USMS for records held in the respective federal system.
